three runs, three yoga sessions and two dumbell workouts. lots of walking too including 15,000 steps to see the Lionesses at Wembley. This week has been focusing on fitness and generally eating healthier rather than focussing on calories 💪 but have a meal Plan sorted for next week. feeling good :)
