I’m not normally one for corn dogs, but after a workout on an empty stomach, my son’s party snacks were looking pretty appealing. I went and had a shower and a protein shake instead. But I did consider bringing one with me 😜

For only weight loss goals I might agree. But when targeting fat loss specifically, I think “what” we consume can be as important as “how much” we consume. At least, it matters for me. 😎
