One day i’ll beat that evening snack monster for good! But until then, I will focus on one week at a time.

Not too much this week. Some nuts and seeds. But previous weeks, the yogurt covered pretzels that we have for the kids are my Kryptonite. Perfect blend of sweet and salty 😋

oops deleted my message. LoL those damn kids 😂 I eat metabars or frozen fudge bars. Both low in calories and help with sweet cravings.
