dieting without activities do not work for me - maximum maintain the same weight all over but no improvement on body shape, so added longer walks and swimming more often. weight rocketed for few weeks without massive food intake change what puzzled me a lot, hit 100 few days again, though I can walk for longer and swim faster without stopping at the end of pool on each round. today is second day when weight start steady go down - not too massive but one step at the time, about pound a day... what just happened to me, huh?🤔
