So lets start this week all over again because what I have gained I must loose #weightmustfall. O my word what a fab fab weekend , I kept the eating soooo clean on Friday but i had some drinks well not some a lot and I'm sorry i never drink but i really just let the hair loose and had a fab fab time , so fab I had to rest the whole Saturday with a 2L cream soda by my side. Yesterday it was all about the eating , started clean with only eggs then lunch salmon wrap with water and some potato wedges and then Late late lunch early dinner, calamari and chips and n chocolate nut Sunday ice cream thing , o and before bedtime bowl of chips.
