Hey it depends on how you cook it if you are adding milk in it then obviously the calories will increase but as the 100g raw broken wheat has 360 calories approx and you cook it in water then the calories will remain same in fact cooking it will increase bioavailability of the daliya so that the nutrients will get absorbed in your body more quickly.how ever the wheat daliya is contains more carbs than protein you should stick to meals that contains more protein and low carbs
