Delicious with lots of butter and garlic. I never had them with cheese. But hey, cheese makes everything better!

It was good considering that I replaced most of the butter with chicken broth and just a smidge of cheese. Not quite the same mouthfeel as the escargot of days past but a special different meal nonetheless.
