so after about a 6 or 7 month hiatus due to family crisis I've decided 1. I can't keep looking in the mirror and hating how big I've got without doing something about it. 2. got to improve my weight and fitness for my kids. 3. fatsecret is probably my best shot at achieving both. This week I've run twice, swimming once and yoga once. This is honestly the most I've done in months.

Weight management is a long-term thing and the challenges of life impact that. Sometimes you just can't do it all.........but you can always catch up!

Hoping so Anne! My problem is stress eating and I know I need a better outlet than food when I'm stressed! Also barely been able to exercise at all over the last few months which has meant I've piled on the weight! I know exercise helps me cope with stress better so nailing down a better exercise routine which then encourages me to eat better! My fitness levels are shocking now but I'm determined to get a good routine back!

Hi Bryony_Pudding, I see you following my old site with Jim and l. I lost all my data and can not knit the two together, so start this one. It's funny in an odd way. I started this site at 115lbs, only a lb to lose. Now, 13 lbs to lose. Yes, Jim's loss is very raw 4 months and feels like 4 years. Anyway, Bryony_ Pudding, nice to see you bank on this site. Love and very best wishes, Merry Mel ❤️

You will get there. Don't try to do it all at once. Build up the exercise, tidy up the diet and you will be where you want to be before long!

I can imagine Merry Mel how raw it still is, thinking of you. Have followed your new account
