over ate on Wednesday.
co worker kept bringing me ice cream and i have food issues, i can't say no to ice cream. the will power is weak.
haven't worked out really hard in 3 days...oy...i feel like i'm getting pulled in so many directions. friends want to meet for lunch, my boyfriend wants to spend time in the mornings before we work and then i have to be at work for 14 hours a day...it's like i can do one thing in the morning and if it's not the gym, then i don't get a work out in. ugh...ok sorry vent is over.

UGH I hate that. Our boss--who is really cool--brings in donuts every thursday. And while I think that's an awesome gesture, every time I walk by the middle island desk it's on I start fighting with myself ... I can just work it out, it's only 300 calories, I just won't eat lunch blah blah blah...just remember it's not worth it! lol
