Sautéed Shrimp with Cherry tomatoes & Zucchini noodles
With a mixed green salad
Low Calorie high protein dinner less than 15 min to make 👍

Thank you it is a great quick dinner Make sure the shrimp are dry so they sear and not steam I use 16/20 raw shrimp I used olive oil salt & pepper and chopped garlic sauté the shrimp just until cooked about 5 minutes put the shrimp mixture aside Toss the zucchini noodle in a dry non stick pan JUST to warm up Put zucchini noodles in a pasta bowl and top with the warm shrimp mixture . Eat immediately or noodles will go soggy That whole Bowl in the picture is just under 600 calories I’m a big eater so that bowl would be 2 good servings. Hope you all try it enjoy Ken
