Not too sure how to account for this weight gain. I have been consistent in my healthy eating and calorie tracking. Could it be from slight muscle gain? I have been consistently doing home HIIT workouts for the past couple weeks (no weights). Hmmm
54.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
