Long time no see. My bad. I'm so involved in other things that I don't have time to keep exact track of what I eat and exercise. And also I don't feel the need.
Right now, in this phase two, it's enough to control myself and use the receipts I adapted during phase one.
I bought last week a Philips Airfrier and I recommend it to anyone that likes fried food. You can get very tasty fried chicken or potatoes with out any (or just a very small amount of) oil.
