Dear Journal! I have a love-hate holiday celebration going on here! :) I almost dread the winter times, because with winter, comes the holidays, and with the holiday's, comes tons of food and goodies! (Yikes... (which is associated this time of year.) Okay, so I love Christmas, because I associate it with my beloveded Savior, but I hate the celebration because everyone thinks that they need to share all of their goodies that they have made with me! Every year, I gain weight before and after Christmas. This year I am just beginning to gain again. So, that being said, I am going to stop the weight gain cycle starting today. Most of the goodies will have to go!!... I am throwing the food out of the door for the raccoon's. Ha, just watch them get fat! LOL No more night bingeing too!(need prayers on that one,) and back to the skinny foods that I know will help me loose weight. I have missed most of you guys! Yes, I have been away for awhile, and yes, I think that F.S will be a part of my life for the rest of my life! Thanks for being my friends!
