I couldn't help but add some of these jumbo squid I found at the Oriental store to this pad thai this lunch 💙 I'm thinking what else I can buy to keep being pesce interesting. Octopus? Eel? Any ideas from the community?

Octopus is a lot like squid in texture. I like both. I’ve not attempted eel though. Oddly, I’m not brave enough.

Thanks, both, for your comments.
I suppose I like the squid/octopus texture!
I will surely pop scallops back into my trolleys again, and I will have to muster up the courage for crab as I'm always cracking it wrong :)
