Nice! I have fasting/low cal days too, but I personally don't do it because of what the scale says or what day it is. It just comes to me with ketosis, because some days I'm simply not hungry. Other days, I might actually do over just a little on how much I planned to eat. Your dietary needs really dial in on the keto diet, and I've learned to listen to mine. Good luck with the fast! :)

@Tamara Jo, I typically fast daily 16hrs. So Dinner around 7pm, then don't eat until lunch the next day...so 16-17ish. On Saturday's it's very easy to go a full 24hrs, as I'm usually pretty busy doing stuff. High Fat diets give you a lot more energy to sustain you for longer periods.

What is ketosis? Atkins?

@Kati1snow2, think of your body as an energy storage/burning device. You store energy in the forms of readily available (Glucose), and long term stored as Fat. Our metabolism is such that we use Glucose for energy and when depleted, use Fat for energy. The metabolic state your body is in when using Fat for energy rather than Glucose is called Ketosis. An Atkins, or Low Carb - High Fat diet will deplete your short term storage of glucose in about 14-21 days....during this drawdown, your body adjusts to pulling energy reserves from stored Fat cells. It is a natural process and is why you store glucose energy, with additional storage going to long-term Fat. If we were to exist off of Glucose alone, and not store fat, Man would never have survived Winter, as access to Fruits and other sources of Glucose is simply available during Winter months.
