Feeling good about my weigh in. I think I'll stick to my schedule to fast on Friday for 5:2 Challenge instead of bumping it up for today.I think I'll be averaging about 3lbs a week weight loss with LCHF, so I should be about 215 or less by my birthday. With continuing exercise I will have lost 2 dress sizes!!! Good Deal!
1:00pm - Ate lunch of 2 eggs fried in coconut oil. I plan to have salad for dinner.

Nice! When is your birthday? Don't be discouraged if weight loss slows down a bit tho, because it generally does after all of the excess water weight is gone. On the bright side, some of us contain massive amounts of water weight in the beginning due to inflammation caused by all of the carbs we have consumed over the years. ;) Good luck on your journey and new lifestyle!

January 13th. Yes, I realize it's mostly water and inflammation for carbs now but it just feels good to see the downward facing blue arrows! Thanks for your comment and support. Your own journey was awesome!

Oh yea, don't get me wrong, personally water weight and inflammation on me definitely looks worse than the actual fat. I lost the first 50lbs in a couple of months, but it was because I was swollen to the max! So your goal is definitely not unreasonable with this WOE (way of eating). Make sure to move (it doesn't have to be extreme exercise) and drinks LOTS of water. You're welcome & thank you for the compliment!
