That 16/8 fast is the only thing that seems to really work for me at this stage in my life - even when I eat no-no foods during my 8 hour window. Seems to help with portion control also, as I get full faster.

Strategies are good. This made me think of when I go out with my husband and orders something healthy but then eats his French Fries. He gets ticked off LOL

Dairyking, yes I like not eating at work during the day, I need to start though so o can portion out my cals better. But I have to get my head straight bc once I start eating I don’t want to stop. I’m getting there!
