I put on so much weight this week that I wondered what went wrong. went from 63 kg to 69 kg. Have to say I became a little disheartened. One day I gained an extra 2 x kgs. It seems it wasn't something I could avoid. I was retaining water and didn't notice it till someone noticed my swollen ankles. Thank God for furosemide tablets. have lost almost 3 kgs in 36 hours lol. Its a bugger getting old lol
