My weight is climbing a little again. I think I know the problem; I've developed a peanut butter dependency..... Tried it for the first time a few months ago. Never touched it before then because it was "nuts" and I "probably won't like it". But a few months down the line I'm eating it out of the jar with a spoon :-/

I am with you on that one, that stuff is so addictive. I eat a jar when watching a film, I have had to train myself not to go up that aisle in the shops now! They should start PBA meetings (Peanut Butter Anonymous) :-)
