Found this non dairy ice cream while I was on a break and it was so so good😋. I’m back at it now. Feeling better and sleeping better! It’s workout time!!! 💪🏾💪🏾 Hope you all have been great! 😃

Sorry, this would go way over my carb limit. Cannot take the risk. My appetite would come back the next day big-time.

I was on a break after losing a friend to cancer. I’m sure Ben, Jerry and myself were being carless, hence the 1 pound loss after 14 days 😂 I won’t be eating this again anytime soon 😋
