For all you ladies out there:
So I gain 1kg in water weight leading up to my monthlies and then lose it all plus some 4 days after it starts.
I have decided to avoid the scales during this period of time as it’s consistent every month.
It was making me more than frustrated when I just started out. This month I went from 56.7kg to 57 and then 57.7 and two days later I was 56.4! Which is something to be aware of if you’re not already!
I usually weigh in the same time everyday so hormones play a big roll. Anyways now that I have watched this happen 2 months running I thought I would share and see if any of you also have similar issues?.
13km done today so far and it’s steak night!
