Ugh!!! I've gained. Maybe I need to bite the bullet and go to a meeting. There have been a ton of stressors this past week, not that I should make excuses. I work at an office where food is brought in by pharmaceutical reps. at least 4 days out of the week. Don't get me wrong it's nice to have lunch provided with no expense to myself. It's just not the kind of food I should be eating. I really try portion control, however, I know I'm lacking in the fruits and vegetable categories. On the bright side...I have been exercising. I really appreciate all the support on this site. THANK YOU!!! I wish you all the best with your weigh in's this week.
