i lost 20 kg a while ago, and most of the time, my diet had paneer. Nothing bad with paneer it how you cook it. For say too much oil to fry it, then that's definitely a problem.

nothing wrong with eating paneer during weight loss. at the end of the day, all that matters is the calorie intake and workout. 50g of paneer is barely 160cals, if mindful of how it's cooked, definitely something that can be squeezed into the deficit diet.

if it's natural food, go for it, don't listen to fools saying don't eat sugar or don't eat paneer, panner good for probiotics and guy health, just make sure to track the cals
