@abimudin @ebirum @Nurul180601 @natchaa__ iya kahh harusnya ganyampe segitu? Aku masukin di catatan sesuai timbangan per-gram nya padahal. Tumis sawinya 200 gram, tempe goreng 100 gram, nasi 100 gram udah hampir 600 kalori trus ditambah rendang dagingnya
