Slowly losing weight. 1 pound per week, but it is better than gaining weight back. I have been trying to keep my calorie intake at 1200 or less, but not going over 1900 at all. Most of the time it’s under 1200 calories. I’m being as honest as I can with this because it doesn’t count if I cheat. 😂 I think I am doing good sticking with this, though. As my body learns that I am not starving it, it is slowly allowing me to lose weight. Happy about this! ☺️
