P-100% E-50% D-75% Using Elliptical, stationary bike or treadmill twice a day plus weight machine. Able to do this about 3 times a week.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
