Feeling motivated. So pleased with myself for continuing with calorie counting and deficit intake. It’s working for me and becoming the norm. No snacking and if I do get tempted it’s a stick of celery or a glass of squash.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
