I am bummbed, I worked out all weekend and ate right, weight myself on Friday and was down to 213.4 from 216.2. On Saturday I have a few rum and diet cokes and it must have done me in, because I weight my this morning and the scale said 216.5. This isn't the fisrt time this has happened. Does anyone have advice? I have not cheated at all food wise just a few drinks here and there. What should I do??!!!?! Guess I won't have anymore for a while because its disappointing!!

Alcohol will do that, every time. something to do with dehydration and then rehydration. It will equal out don't worry. that is why folks say weigh only once a week that way you won't see those little fluctations. i was 169.5 Sat, this morning 172.5 it will go back to the later, so do worry.

I do it too, but you have to keep in mind that thier are always fluctions. So if ya weigh everyday know they will flutter.

Kgarton - For what its worth, I weigh every day but only record once a week. That way I have a chance to spot any unhealthy trends while ignoring the daily ups and downs. Good luck.
