I'm not recording weight today. Take weight ever day but will try to record only weekly or less. Otherwise, chart gets hard to really see the overall progress.
Am wondering why when I took 3 days off from gym, I lost weight. Went to gym last night worked my butt off (or some of it. :) ) and today had gained a pound in spite of a calorie deficit and only having a salad after that wicked work out! Water? Muscle inflammation? Not sure what's going on. Another girl at gym noticed same thing - she took a week off and lost weight!

After a good workout your muscles can retain water as they recover which would result in a possible temporary gain, but nothing to worry about, it's normal.

That's good to know. So when I do some weight training this week, they will probably continue to hold water. Won't look for another drop for a while I guess. Thanks
