@Taryn RSA, I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, but I also eat in a massive calorie deficit. On good days I still have energy to do 10-15 minutes of an incline treadmill walk after 45mins of strength training. Ive limited carbs so much too

@flipper.boi During the week Im consume between 1200 and 1400cals and on weekends i eat up to 1800

wat do u basically eat if i may ask

@toufee I mainly eat whole foods, so lots of meat, poultry, cheese, eggs, avo, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber. I dont consume any fruit and veggies with high carbs, or carbs in general. The only carbs I really eat is All Bran Flakes, usually an hour and a half before the gym. And if i crave something sweet ill drink a whey protein shake
