I was expecting this weight gain after being tempted with homemade blueberry drop scones and an extra drink following our Pembrokeshire coastal walk! Back on the wagon today with my all time favourite breakfast of grapefruit with chia seeds and natural yoghurt.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
