Got to admit it I love being in the kitchen too. Although when I'm in a hard calorie deficit it's normally just really basic foods but i still enjoy them 😁

I know what you mean .I often double my calories 1 day each week and enjoy the freedom.luckily I love basic foods like oats and eggs . But today I was feeling naughty and got a pack of 6 jellies but only 7 calories per jelly 😂 they didn't last long 😂
