Changed to South Beach and am feeling way better. Less meat and fats, more vegies, and I get to add fruit and oatmeal next week (after my first phase) plus I can have yogurt already. Soooo missed that stuff. It is pretty close to Atkins so it wasn't hard to adjust, it just seemed to have the tweaks I needed to stay on track.
