Trying baby steps again. Don't eat after 8pm. Hope to move that forward to 7pm at some point. Allowing myself either one piece of very dark chocolate or one dark Lindt choc ball. I don't like dark chocolate but trying to rein in my sugar addiction. I've also injured my right knee. Had x-rays now waiting for an MRI. Have to rest it as much as possible. No more going to the swimming pool & exercising. Had to cancel the Caribbean cruise I was taking tomorrow.
