Day 3 🙂🥩🥓🍗
I started this carnivore diet to see if it would help relieve stiffness in my joints. I thought I'd give it 8 weeks and then start slowly adding foods. I have about 10 lbs of fat to lose. But mostly just trying to feel good. I'm 62. Any experienced carnivore dieters here? 🤸‍♀️
70.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
