Well I didn't do to well, eating and sitting behind computer trying to wack out end of year assignments, Haven't been exercising either, next week not much better 8-10 thousand word essay due 20th Nov. So in my defense I have been eating healthy snacks, carrots, hummus and celery nuts and fruit, just not moving much
