Once again I have maintained despite having less than 1000 calories yesterday. I drank plenty of water and all meals were healthy non-processed meals. I am hoping that it’s just my body getting adjusted thinking I am starving it but actually I have not felt hungry at all and will continue with the current regime and see whether it adjusts and I can start losing again.
