I changed my smart watch today from a cheap Amazon one to an Apple one. The calories seem to be way more accurate now. I was not really using them to go by instead I was counting steps. Today I have done my usual 15,000 steps and this watch says I have burned 657 calories. The last one would have been a lot higher ( which is why I ignored it) really says a lot my BMR is 1255 so those extra 657 go a long way. I’m still not sure why I have not lost anything. Perhaps I gained some muscles who knows!
