Thanks y’all. I really appreciate the support. I’m going to keep up with this journey and pray my body decides it is going to start losing the pounds. I’ve had 1390 calories today and burned 2030 calories. How am I not losing pounds? Am I not eating enough? I went from not eating breakfast or lunch to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was gaining weight from not eating. Maybe my body thinks it needs to hang on to the weight just in case I stop feeding it?

Yes if you don't eat enough, your body can slow your metabolism and hold onto things more. But also, you might be hitting a plateau. Our bodies configure a set body weight point and don't want to go lower. So sometimes you will stall which is usually when I get frustrated but if you keep at it, it will eventually lose again and create a new set point. This is my biggest battle right now as about every 10-15 lbs i lose, my body freaks out and stays holding onto the weight. So I usually just change things up and wait it out then I'll start losing again...

Thanks for that. I’m grateful for losing the .8 pounds, but I was really hoping to have lost at least a full pound. 😂

Yes I agree it's hard when the scale doesn't read what it should for our efforts...
