Dropped about a pound in spite of eating too many salty nuts. (Found my husband's stash) Had a wicked spin class which burned nearly 600 calories which helped me stay within a slight deficit.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
