I’m really hoping I have lost more than .4 pounds this week. My last weigh in was after starting my diet 2-3 days before my first weigh in, and I had lost .4 pounds - I was excited about that then, but I’ve been really trying to watch my calorie intake this week. I really want this to work for me.
