The scales have gone down 3kg( 6.6lbs) lost and 7inches gone in the month of Jan. so let's see how I can do in February 💪🏼
83.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
