No weight change but the energy levels are high, fitness is awesome and clothes are a lot looser :-) Run my first 8 km last week, no stops and under an hour... for me that is awesome... did my small run this week which is 4km and run that is 25 mins... felt awesome even though I was sucking big ones at the end. Feeling quite prepared for my physical weekend of dragon boating and round the bridges :-)
