Good week socially, bad week for the diet. Went out for my birthday, good food good wine, and good company - BAD FOR DIET.
However, I'm working hard at the gym so still making progress.
89 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
