Falling apart. Jumped back in. Avoided Halloween festivities and the scale has come down the past 2 days.

Getting sick has wrecked me physically and mentally.

But I did not die and I won't kill myself.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
