looks good bruh but is it worth the calories..i personally cannot eat so much nuts and fruits at one go...it's not worth the calories since I am a foodie and I always look for variety and balanced meals

Ok, As far as I know it's all about calories... I am putting on weight so what I do is ,I make sure I eat surplus calories daily, My avg calorie intake is 2400 calories And I am taking 3500-4000 calories Thus taking minimum 1000 extra calories which eventually helps me in gaining 1 kg every week... But it's not simply that easy to take so much calories,what I make sure is I amtaking healthy calories I don't eat junk food, and also I workout for about 30 mins daily just to make sure I am not gaining fat.. Now that u have come to know how to put on weight,what u need to do is make your diet chart as per your budget and liking but don't add junk food in that, I hope this helps u
