Went fishing this morning and caught 5 small catfish, 3 white perch, and 5 bream. Got them cleaned and plan to have a couple for supper tomorrow. I like them fried. Going to cook them in bacon grease & coconut oil. Dip them in egg & use crushed pork skin for breading. Add a little Old Bay seasoning. Have some french fried turnips for side dish. Really good, and very healthy.
