I finally got back on the treadmill! FINALLY!
It's been so long, and I forgot that I really do enjoy it. I even upped the incline a bit and jogged, even though I said I was only going to walk. My head still hurts and it feels worse after doing some exercise, but I bet the rest of me feels better. Especially after my calorie filled dinner of blt's, chips, and corn on the cob.
I almost didn't get on that treadmill, but when I saw that I had eaten more calories than I burned today, when you add dinner in there...something had to be done. lol
So there it is....hopefully I can keep getting on there. Even though I'm horribly unmotivated at the moment.
