With the start of a new semester and a new job I've been seriously slacking and now i am reaping the negative benefits. I need to get my act together! Two years of hard work down the drain and I am ashamed. Back to the grind, I need to work out a way to stay on a schedule and to eat food that may not be convenient, but is what my body needs.
