Holy Peanut Butter Batman!!!
I guess I always knew peanut butter wasn't the best thing in the world for you, but holy cow! I thought I just had a nice, healthy and sensible breakfast, until I entered it into my diet calendar. A whole grain lite english muffin, only 100 calories, a cup of skim milk, a banana, and about 2 tbsp of peanut butter. I thought my calorie count for the breakfast would be around 300-ish, and it was 500! Holy cow! And 200 of those calories came from that little bit of peanut butter.
I guess I will be cutting out a lot more peanut butter from my diet....I just can't get over it! sad...I love peanut butter, all creamy and good. I've had the natural unsweetened stuff....no thanks. I might as well take a big spoonful of tahini sauce too.
I think I need a funeral for the death of peanut butter in my life. It's a sad day.
